Dear Crafter,
This year, Scotia-Glenville
All Sports Booster Club and The Varsity Club will be hosting the annual Holiday
Craft Fair at the High School on Sunday,
December 2, 2007 from 10 am until 3 pm. This show, previously hosted by the
FBLA/DECA club, has been held annually for over 20 years with approximately 100
crafters.
Crafters with handmade items only are invited to
apply. The artist/crafter must be
present at the show. A photo of your craft must be submitted.
Vendor spaces are available
in the gym, lobby and 2 cafeterias. Each space is approximately 9’ across by
6’ deep. The cost is $40.00 per
space. Please provide your own chairs and tables. A few tables (of various
sizes) are available for rent at the price of $5 each. Electricity is available
on a limited basis. Qualified returning crafters who return their completed
application by September 1, 2007 will be given preference to fill last year’s space if requested. After 9/1,
qualified crafters will be accepted and assigned spaces on a first come first
served basis. Reservations are non-refundable.
The selling of baked goods is
prohibited. Vendors with food items must have a NYS Food Inspection Service
License. All vendors must have a NYS
sales tax license and it must be on display during the hours of the
show. No open flame or cooking will be allowed.
Food will be available for
purchase during the day. Set up time
begins at 7am.
Please fill out the enclosed
reservation form and return it with a check
payable to Scotia-Glenville All Sports Booster Club. Be sure
to include a photo and a self addressed envelope.
